The price of the product ordered and the probable additional charge to cover delivery are in all cases paid for the postman or courier at the receipt of the package after the despatch. Payment shall be made in cash or cash on delivery. Payment by vouchers or credit cards is not possible for the time being.

In case of orders of a greater value by libraries, institutions and companies payment by transfer is also available after prior consultations. Please notify our customer service on your demand of this kind (didakt@hwpf.hu).

Delivery

Delivery of books in stock (storage) is 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekdays until 5.00 p.m. are delivered next day, orders received on Fridays until 5.00 p.m. are delivered on Mondays, and orders received during the weekends are delivered on the following Tuesdays.

Information on posting your order is sent via e-mail the day before the delivery.
The time of delivery in the case of pre-orders is determined in the course of the order: delivery in spot or with your next purchase.

Each delivery, obviously, requires separate delivery charges.

Postal delivery

The costs of postal delivery depend on the value and quantity of the purchase. On the area of Hungary the highest gross charge is 1620 HUF. The books are sent as registered items. Packages also contain the invoices with the name and address agreed when placing the order (if it is not stated otherwise then invoices are automatically issued for the name and address of the purchaser). The books are listed itemised on the invoice with the postal charges appearing as a separate item. In case you wish to receive a separate invoice for the postal charges then please mark it in the box for Notes when placing your order. If the gross value of Your order exceeds 20 thousand HUF then we pay for the postal charges.

Personal collection

You have the possibility to collect the ordered books personally in our bookshop on receiving a cash invoice – in this case there are no postal charges. In our bookshop, You have the possibility to look at the full scale of our products.  An e-mail is sent on the earliest possible deadline of receipt, please wait for this message in all cases. (Institutions may chose the option of bank transfer in this case, too.)

Purchasing from abroad
In the case of purchases from abroad, the price of the books, the postal charges and the bank charges are required to be paid in advance. If You agree to these terms then please send us the title of the selected books by e-mail (
didakt@hwpf.hu). Our colleague shall calculate all charges for you and will send it to you with the bank details (account number and other data of our bank account). Your orders will be sent to you via the system of the Hungarian Post Limited Private Company using the respective and current international scales. (The scales are available at www.posta.hu)

Delivery deadlines

Deliveries are usually executed in 2-3 weekdays. In the case of the postal packages this means the date of dispatch (see postmark). It may rarely happen that an item of the order is not available for the above deadline. In this case an e-mail will be sent to you and the missing, if any, publication will be delivered to you without postal charges independently from the value of the books.
